Custom Order FAQ's

  • For most custom projects, the minimum is 10 pieces. Larger scale ceramics like large vases, we can discuss, and can be one off!

  • I recommend at least 6–8 weeks for weddings, events, or large florist orders. Smaller projects may require less time, but early booking ensures I can secure your spot on my production calendar. If you're in a bit of a crunch let's check current inventory or see what we can do to get you some beautiful pieces.

  • Yes! I’ll work with you to select colors, finishes, and forms that fit your aesthetic. Some glaze effects are unique to my process, so I can provide samples or photos to guide your choices.

  • Yes, I can create a sample piece for a small fee, which can be applied toward your final order if you move forward.

  • Pricing depends on size, complexity, and quantity. As a general guide, mugs start at $70, vases at $40, and bowls at $40 for standard sizes. Bulk orders will receive a discount.

  • Shipping US wide is coming soon. For now, custom orders will need to be picked up or delivered for a charge, which means only Denver folks can place custom orders. This will change very soon!

  • Absolutely—hand-carved lettering, stamped impressions, or decals can be added for an additional fee.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due before pickup.
